Insight Credits are our way of saying thank you for engaging with our services. With every purchase, members and non-members alike earn Insight credits that can be redeemed for future purchases, making it easy to offset costs or enjoy free resources. Insight Circle members earn double credits, maximising your rewards and investment.
No expiry: Your Insight Credits are yours to keep, allowing you to save and use them as it suits your needs.
Example: For a £60 course, a non-member earns 60 Insight Credits (equal to £3), while members earn 120 Insight Credits (equal to £6).
Using Insight Credits at checkout
Whenever you make a purchase, your cart will prompt you to use any available Insight credits. You decide how many credits to redeem, putting you in full control.
Access our specially curated library of bite-size videos. Each video is less than 30 minutes – a useful resource when you want to revise a topic on-the-go. More than 200+ videos are available immediately.

The Insight Circle is our two-tier membership programme designed for professionals in psychotherapy and psychology. You can choose between:
- Insight Circle Premium (£395/year) – our enhanced tier offering priority access, exclusive small-group salons, free flagship webinars, a larger welcome credit bonus, and premium-only content.
- Insight Circle (Core) (£185/year) – our essential tier offering double Insight Credits, video library access, monthly free videos, and invitations to member-only events.
Both tiers earn double Insight Credits on every purchase, include access to your CPD/CE Wallet, and offer ongoing member-only opportunities. Insight Credits can be redeemed for discounts or free products across the nscience platform.
Insight Credits are our rewards currency, earned on every purchase.
- Non-members: 1 Insight Credit per £1 spent
- Members (Premium + Core): 2 Insight Credits per £1 spent
Every 20 Insight Credits = £1 in redeemable value.
You can apply your credits toward any eligible purchase at checkout, either partially or in full.
Yes. Membership is optional, and all events and products can still be purchased without joining.
However, you will not receive membership benefits such as double credits, welcome credits, free monthly videos, salon access, or priority booking.
No, Insight Credits never expire.
You may save them over time and use them whenever it suits you.
Important:
If you cancel your membership, you will keep your accumulated credits, but from the moment of cancellation you will revert to the non-member earning rate (1 credit per £1).

Yes. The CPD Wallet activates on the date you join, but if you send us your older certificates, we can upload them manually for you.
Yes. All new nscience certificates issued after joining will automatically appear in your CPD Wallet as downloadable PDFs.
We will email you invitations and registration links for all members-only events (Core + Premium).
Premium-only salons will be sent exclusively to Premium members.
Please monitor your spam folder as well.
Log into your account and select the Insight Credits tab.
Your balance and full transaction history will be visible there.
Credits will also appear at checkout as long as you are logged in.
At checkout, you will see an option to apply your available credits.
- Enter the number of credits you’d like to redeem
- Select Apply Insight Credits
- Pay the remaining balance (if any) by card
You only earn new credits on the portion paid by card.
Yes. Insight Credits can be used on all eligible purchases, including:
- Live webinars
- In-person workshops
- On-demand video courses
- Other products across our site
Yes. You may use Insight Credits for part of the cost and pay the remainder by card.
This usually happens if the order was completed without logging in.

Please note:
Purchases paid entirely with Insight Credits do not earn additional credits; if paid partially with credits, only the card-paid portion earns new credits.
