Thank you for joining. By signing up, you agree to the terms below, which are designed to help us deliver a fair and valuable membership experience for all members. Please review these carefully.
- Membership Agreement
- By enrolling in the Insight Circle, you agree to an annual membership fee of £185, which grants access to all membership benefits outlined on our website and in your welcome guide.
- Membership automatically renews each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Insight Credits
- Earning Insight Credits:
- Non-members receive Insight Credits based on their purchase amount, earning 1 Insight Credit per £1 spent.
- Insight Circle members earn 2 Insight Credits per £1 spent.
- Example: A member spending £100 earns 200 Insight Credits (equivalent to £10 in redeemable value).
- Insight Credits Value: Every 20 Insight Credits = £1 in redeemable value, which can be applied toward eligible purchases on our platform. Insight Credits can be used for full or partial payment of a purchase, with the remaining amount payable by card.
- Insight Credits do not expire and remain available in your account, even after membership cancellation. However, once your membership ends, you will no longer earn double Insight Credits on new purchases.
- Membership Benefits
- Exclusive Access: Insight Circle members enjoy access to a library of over 200 reference videos, monthly free videos delivered by email, the CPD/CE Wallet for certificate storage, and invitations to members-only events.
- Changes to Benefits: Benefits may be updated periodically, and we will notify members of any significant changes.
- Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel at any time, but the membership fee is non-refundable once the membership period has begun.
- Loss of Benefits: Upon cancellation, members lose access to membership benefits, including earning double credits on purchases, video library access, free monthly videos, and members-only events.
- Renewal
- Auto-Renewal: Insight Circle membership automatically renews annually at the rate of £185. Members will receive a renewal reminder before their renewal date, with the option to cancel before the new term begins.
- Privacy and Data Use
- We respect your privacy and handle all personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent and is only used to enhance your membership experience.
- Liability
- We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our resources, but we are not liable for service delays or interruptions outside our control, such as technical issues or service outages.
- Amendments
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services or policies. Members will be notified of significant updates.
