Insight Circle Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Insight Circle.
By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, designed to ensure a clear and fair membership experience for all members.

  1. Membership Agreement
  • Insight Circle is offered in two tiers:
    Insight Circle Premium (£395/year) and Insight Circle Core (£185/year).
    Your tier determines the benefits available to you.
  • Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  1. Insight Credits
  • Earning Rates:
    • Non-members: 1 Insight Credit per £1
    • Members (Premium + Core): 2 Insight Credits per £1
  • Value:
    • 20 Insight Credits = £1 redeemable
    • Credits may be used as full or partial payment
  • Expiry:
    • Insight Credits do not expire
    • After cancellation, you keep your credits but return to the non-member earning rate
  1. Membership Benefits
  • Benefits are assigned based on your chosen tier.
  • Premium includes all Core benefits plus additional exclusive features such as priority booking, salons, premium-only content, and a larger welcome credit bonus.
  • Benefits may be updated periodically; members will be notified of any significant changes.
  1. Cancellations
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun.
  • Upon cancellation, all membership benefits end immediately.
  • Accumulated Insight Credits remain available for future use.
  1. Renewal
  • Membership renews automatically each year at the rate applicable to your tier.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder before your renewal date.
  1. Privacy and Data Use

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data is not shared with third parties without your consent.

  1. Liability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to all online resources.
However, we are not liable for service interruptions or delays outside our control.

  1. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services or policies.
We will notify members of any significant updates.
