Insight Credits are rewards that accrue with every purchase. Non-members earn 1 Insight Credit per £1 spent, while members earn 2 Insight Credits per £1 spent. Every 20 Insight Credits equals £1 in redeemable value, which can be applied toward any purchase on our site.
Yes, becoming a member is not obligatory and you can still purchase any course on our site, only without the benefits that the membership would give you.
No, Insight Credits never expire! You can accumulate them over time and redeem them when it’s convenient for you. onward.
Important: if you decide to cancel your membership, you will keep your accumulated credits but from the time of cancellation, you will no longer earn double credits on your future purchases.

The link to your CPD Wallet will be sent to you in your welcome email. You can also access the link through your account area by simply logging into your account and clicking on the CPD wallet tab.
The CPD Wallet gets activated from your date of membership signup and will have all nscience CPD certificates awarded in your name from that date onwards. However, if you send us copies of the old certificates you would like included in your CPD Wallet, we will be able to add them to your CPD Wallet for you.
Yes, once you become a member, all your new certificates will automatically be added to your account. You can access these as PDFs at any time through the link provided in the CPD Wallet tab within your nscience account.

Simply log into your account, click on the Insight Credit tab within your account area where you will find your credit balance along with a history of earned and redeemed credits. You will also be able to see your credits at checkout (you need to remember to be logged in to your nscience account in order for your credit balance to show).
When you add products to your cart, at checkout, on top of the page you’ll see the option to use your available Insight Credits. You can use all or part of your balance toward your order. Put in the number of credits you want to use and click ‘Apply Insight Credits’ button. Please note that you will only earn new points on the money spent. The part of payment covered by your insight credits will not qualify for new credits.
Important: make sure you are logged in before proceeding to checkout – your insight credits will only show if you are logged in to your nscience account.
Yes! Insight Credits can be used on all eligible purchases, including live events, webinars, video courses, and other resources available on our platform.
Yes—you can pay partially with Insight Credits and the rest with a card.
If credits for your recent purchase have not been applied to your account it is likely that you have checked out as a guest, without logging in to your nscience account. Please contact our Customer Services team at cpd@nscience.world and we will investigate it for you.
Please also note that you can only earn new credits on the money spent – if your order was fully paid with already available credits, this purchase would not apply for new credits. If your purchase was paid partially with credits, then the part of payment covered by your insight credits will not qualify for new credits.
Legacy members will have a limited period of time to transition to the Insight Circle. We’ll also provide a bonus 500 Insight Credits as an incentive to switch to the new membership – look out for our email with an exclusive link to this offer. Any remaining legacy benefits, such as free webinars and discount codes, will be honoured until further notice. Legacy members will be notified by email about the cut-off date.
Look out for a personalised email with details on transitioning. You can also contact customer support for assistance if you have any questions. If you decide to switch to the new membership before the cut-off date, we will then cancel your legacy membership for you and your CPD history will be carried into your Insight Circle account.
There is no need to cancel anything — your nscience legacy membership will end automatically on the [date TBC], and you can use your available free webinar vouchers until then!
If you decide to transition to the Insight Circle before the legacy membership cut-off date, your legacy membership will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours of creating your Insight Circle membership.
With the switch to the new membership programme, we’ve moved things around. Please note that your legacy membership information, including your voucher codes and link to CPD wallet, can from now on be found in the ‘CPD Wallet’ tab of your nscience account.
No, you don’t need to create a new account. All you need to do is sign in to your existing account, and once you sign up for the Insight Circle membership, your legacy membership will be automatically cancelled within 48 hours.
Important: when signing up for the Insight Circle programme, please make sure to use the exclusive sign-up link included in the email sent to you with information about the new membership programme – the bonus 500 credits can only be applied to your account if you sign up through that link. Yes, you can cancel at any time. Any unused Insight Credits will remain in your account, though you will no longer earn double rewards. Please note that your membership fee is non-refundable once the membership has begun.
